MID SEASON SALE -20% on the New Collection for Loyalty
Program Members
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for
participation in the promotional campaign entitled “MID SEASON SALE -20% on the
New Collection for Loyalty Program Members” (hereinafter referred to as the
“Promotional Campaign”).
1.2. The organizer of the Promotional Campaign is Devanlay
Sp. z o.o., registered in the National Court Register under number KRS
0000419724, with a correspondence address: ul. Złota 59, 00-129 Warsaw
(hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” or “Lacoste”).
1.3. The Promotional Campaign is carried out:
In Lacoste brick-and-mortar boutiques (hereinafter: “boutiques”) located in Poland – during the opening hours of individual Lacoste boutiques;
In the Lacoste online store (hereinafter: the “online store”), available at www.lacoste.pl.
1.4. The Promotional Campaign includes all products from the
Lacoste Spring/Summer 2025 collection. The offer does not apply to already
discounted items.
1.5. The Promotional Campaign is addressed to members of the
Lacoste Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”).
2. Terms of the Promotional Campaign
MID SEASON SALE -20% on the New Collection for Loyalty Program Members
2.1. Every Participant who, during the Promotional Campaign
period, purchases selected marked products from the Spring/Summer 2025
collection in a Lacoste boutique or via the online store will receive a 20%
discount. The discount amount is shown on the tags of selected products in
brick-and-mortar boutiques and on the product pages of selected items in the
online store.
3. Duration of the Promotional Campaign
3.1. The Promotional Campaign begins on April 22, 2025. On
this date, these Terms and Conditions also come into effect.
3.2. The Promotional Campaign lasts until April 30, 2025, or
until stocks of the promotional products are exhausted.
4. Complaints Regarding the Promotional Campaign
4.1. All complaints regarding the course of the Promotional
Campaign will be accepted by the Organizer during the campaign and within 30
days after its end. Complaints should be submitted to the Organizer’s
correspondence address, with the name of the Promotional Campaign indicated.
Complaints will be processed within 30 days of receipt. The Organizer will
respond in writing to the allegations contained in the complaint to the
correspondence address provided by the Customer or via email, according to the Customer’s choice.
4.2. Regardless of the procedure indicated in point 4.1.,
the Participant may pursue claims in accordance with generally applicable legal
provisions. The Organizer does not exclude or limit Participants' rights if
they arise from generally applicable law.
5. Complaints and Returns of Products Purchased During
the Promotional Campaign
5.1. Customers may exercise their rights under the warranty
for defects in products purchased during the Promotional Campaign in the scope
and time limits specified by generally applicable legal regulations.
5.2. Returns of products purchased during the Promotional
Campaign are accepted in accordance with the return policy of Devanlay Polska
Sp. z o.o.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. The Promotional Campaign cannot be combined with other
promotional campaigns organized by the Organizer, including discounts and other
special offers.
6.2. The Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Campaign
will be available in brick-and-mortar boutiques, the online store, and at the
Organizer’s headquarters.
6.3. The administrator of Participants' personal data is
Devanlay Sp. z o.o., registered in the National Court Register under number KRS
0000419724, with a correspondence address: ul. Złota 59, 00-129 Warsaw.

Administrator is described in the Privacy Policy available at: https://www.lacoste.pl/polityka-prywatnosci.
For additional information or to submit requests regarding the processing of
personal data, Participants may contact the data protection officer by email:
gdpr@lacoste.pl or by sending a letter to the Administrator's headquarters with
the note “Data Protection Officer”.
6.4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms
and Conditions in order to ensure the safe operation of the Campaign, prevent
abuse, clarify ambiguities, simplify, introduce additional options, or address
essential needs of the Organizer. Rights acquired by Participants before the
amendment will be fully respected. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will
take effect the day after information about the change is provided to
Participants. The Organizer will inform Participants of changes in the same
manner as the publication of the original Promotional Campaign announcement.
